On Energy and Light Bulbs

Every human runs on a different wattage and some light bulbs burn brighter and longer than others. It’s important to understand the direction of energy flow because there are a lot of things and other humans out there that siphon off energy without you knowing.

When your energy is diverted, your bulb begins to dim and is no longer operating at its full capacity. It’s up to you as the main power source to recognize when your light isn’t as bright as it could be and find the source of diversion.

This sapping of strength may come from a toxic relationship that is taking you away from what you enjoy. You may even be depleting your own reserves by directing energy to anger and resentment rather than solving the problem.

Your best weapon is self awareness when it comes to your inner power flow. Keep a watchful eye on your bulb and don’t be afraid to put your detective hat on when your find your light is losing its luster.
