On Solving the Case

When something feels off, it’s up to you to find out. You’re the detective. The private investigator looking through everything you did that day to find the culprit.

Start by recounting the events. Journal down everything you did that day and circle the inconsistencies.

Where did you go wrong? Did you drink a lot that day? Did you skip a habit that’s imperative to starting your day off right?

Read the tea leaves. No one knows how you operate better than you. If you can’t see the message yet, take this as an opportunity to get better at it.

Once you’ve found the inconsistency, tackle it. Put it in a headlock. Understand how it fights back.

This won’t be the last time that you see it. Knowing your enemy is a major part of the battle. If you can understand where you went wrong that day, you can win your day back in the future.
