On Thinking Less
Here’s a case for less thought. A plea to those that can’t find enough time in their day and let the crucial things slip.
Do your most important tasks first thing in the morning and save yourself from a troubled mind. Prioritize what you love early and it’ll be impossible for you to get too busy to do it at the end of your day.
If you can’t muster up the strength to execute in the morning or you can’t wake up to do what brings you joy, do you really enjoy it?
The same goes for tough activities or conversations. Having something eating away at you throughout the day only hurts your performance on all activities leading up to what you’re worrying about.
Think less by doing more early and save yourself.
