A Simple Practice for Prioritizing Joy in Your Day

Pull up your notes app on your phone or pull out a pen/paper and write down everything you did today.

Don’t skip any of the details and try and remember how each activity made you feel.

The goal of this exercise is to identify the activities that truly bring you joy.

Chances are high there’s about 3-5 activities in your list that you can attribute that feeling of well-being to.

Chances are even HIGHER that you’re not spending enough time on the things that bring you joy.

Your goal is to take those activities and double the time you spend doing them tomorrow.

Once you start prioritizing what brings you joy it will all start to fall into place.

Stay strong.
